Olives are harvested from November to December. The fields that produce this organic extra virgin olive oil are found in the Serra do Segura natural park, protected by the European Union. These olive trees are found in the mountains and are not mechanizable, so olive production is limited and with great effort to harvest.
This is an oil obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical means by centrifuging the crushed olive. It is an extra virgin olive oil of the variety Picual, which has the characteristic of being fruity and spicy, with a slight bitterness.
It presents a medium fruity with a memory of fresh olives, Fig and tomato leaf. In the mouth it has a great aromatic intensity, predominantly almond and leaves, with a pleasant feeling at the end.
