his is an olive oil obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical means. Olive juice is obtained by centrifugation of the crushed olive. It is an extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety, so it has the characteristic of being Fruity and spicy, with slight bitterness, very common in this region of Spain.

It presents a medium fruity with a memory of fresh olives, Fig and tomato leaf. In the mouth it has a great aromatic intensity, predominantly almond and leaves, with a pleasant feeling at the end.
